Due to low budget that we have for this project we have to restrict everywhere we can but still try to make it quality in every way, so ceramic tiles used here are from local producer. They are not quite the best there is on the market, but they are pretty much ok for the price.
Sanitary ware is something we don't want to save money on. I've picked modern designed once that will keep the simplicity of space.
